About me
I came to facial therapy through my personal experience with facial therapies, in search of natural, safe and non-invasive methods of rejuvenation and a remedy for physical pain, tension, and stress.
Having personally experienced the benefits and pleasure of sharing this treatment with others, I decided to become a face therapist.
In practicing facial therapies and continuously discovering new techniques and different approaches, I continue to be astonished at its effectiveness
and simplicity.
My determination to better understand facial anatomy and anti-aging facial therapies made me explore different rejuvenating methods which have proven to slow face aging and repair the effects of aging, while also promoting physical, emotional, and mental wellness.
I am passionate about conscious breathing techniques, as one of the greatest assets to improve overall health of body and mind in many ways.
I can help others to practise conscious breathing in their daily life and, if needed and desired, explore the various techniques together.
My approach:
Every treatment is tailored to the needs of the individual client.
Duration and methods usually depend on the client’s current needs. The exact treatment procedure is based on prior discussion with the client.
As a dedicated practitioner of mindfulness, I always apply this "moment-to-moment" awarenessuse and a caring and respectful approach towards my clients. This involves a dedicated mind-set and staying present and focused on the client's concern and body part that is being treated.
